We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Skønt! However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned or that you might simply change your mind. That’s why you are welcome to return your products to us within 30 days. Here’s how you can return something that doesn’t quite fit your home:
Damaged items / Claims
If your products are damaged or otherwise faulty, please inform us by email at info@skontdesign.com as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to provide us with images of the item and packaging.
To process the case, please include your order number, product name and a description of the damage. We may request additional information after receiving your initial email.
After receiving your email, we will handle your case as soon as possible and get back to you with the best solutions possible for the unique case. You do not need to send items in return to us before the case is handled.
Returns Outside the EU
- Email info@skontdesign.com to register your return. Please include your order number, product name, and the reason for the return. We may request additional information after receiving your initial email.
- Pack the products in their original packaging with enough protection.
- Take your parcel to your local post office and send it to the following address: Returns, Skont Design, Lambrecht van Linschotenstraat 8, 2514JZ Delft, the Netherlands
- Please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return.
- Once we have received your return, we will refund you the corresponding amount for each product returned. This does not include the cost of return shipping or customs charges.
Returns Within the EU
- Email info@skontdesign.com to register your return. Please include your order number, product name, and the reason for the return. We may request additional information after receiving your initial email.
- After registration, a return label will be sent to your email address to print.
- Pack the products in their original packaging with enough protection. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and take it to your local post office.
- Once we have received your return, we will refund the corresponding amount for each product returned. If you choose to use the return label provided by us, a deduction of €20 for small returns will be made from the refunded amount. This fee applies to all returns, with all shipping agents.
- We will notify you through email when we have handled the return and issued the refund.
General Return Policy
• After receiving your order, you are free to return your products within 30 days.
• Please make sure the products are in their original condition and in their original packaging.
• We do not offer the possibility to exchange products. You are welcome to return the products at your own expense for a refund.
• Please send us an email before you post your return, including your order number, product name and whether you want to purchase the return label from us or arrange the return shipping on your own. We will then follow up with a questionnaire to collect the information necessary to issue your refund and, if requested, provide a shipping label.
Outside the EU and returns without our return label
If you want to arrange a return on your own (without using our return label), you can send the parcel to the following address: Skønt Design, Lambrecht van Linschotenstraat 8, 2614JZ Delft, the Netherlands.
If you choose to send the items back on your own, you are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return.
Within the EU
If you have ordered from within the EU, we offer return labels at the cost of €20 for small items. This amount is deducted from the refund when the return has been processed in our warehouse.
Transport liability:
• For the transportation of the order to our customers, Skønt is fully responsible for any damage or loss.
• For the transportation of a return, you are fully responsible for any damage or loss. We therefore strongly recommend the use of a trackable and insured shipping service.

Cancel an ongoing order
If something went wrong, you can cancel your order by emailing info@skontdesign.com. It is possible to cancel your order until it has been packed in our warehouse, after which time your order will be delivered to you and you can choose to return it instead.
